At this time, we ship to addresses that are located within the United States only. MISS K Cosmetics is proud to offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 to all U.S. destinations. To enjoy free shipping, create your account here. We accept orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO/DPO, and the U.S. Territories. Please note that you may experience longer delivery times to these areas. If you would like to expedite shipping, you have to pay additional shipping charge. Please note we only offer express shipping to the 48 contiguous states. All orders are shipped via USPS.  For international shipping, please email us at info@misskcosmetics.com

Tracking Your Order

Once an order has shipped out, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order in your Order History. On your account page, click your order number in your order history.

 

Returns

  • At MISS K Cosmetics, We are dedicated to creating clean and effective products that our customers love. We also stand behind the quality of our products with confidence! However, if you are not satisfied with your order, no worries, please check down below for our return policies.
  • We accept returns up to 30 days after your delivery date. If you wish to return the product, please contact us at info@misskcosmetics.com, and we will send you the return instruction with an RMA number. Please kindly note that the return order without the RMA number will take a longer processing time to get a refund.
  • Please kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • The returning item must be in its original condition and packaging.
    You will be responsible for any damages to the product during the return shipping, and it’s possibly subject to an additional restocking fee if the item is damaged while in transit.
  • If the ordered item was defective, or any other attributable reasons from us, You simply don’t have any responsibility for any shipping costs, and restocking fees. We will send the Pre-paid return label to you and you won’t be charged any costs whatsoever.
  • Your refunds will take 3-5 Business days after we issue the refund amount. It will be refunded back to the original method of payment.
